Ima Venti Mocha Cappuccino

Call name - Mocha

Mocha is an 8th generation pure Australian Labradoodle from Tegan Park & Rutland Manor lines. She is a chocolate faded to a beautiful cafe & is the offspring of Lincoln Manor Deni and Tegan Park Koby. DOB 3-11-2006. Mocha is a large medium, 20" tall and about 50 pounds, with a curly chocolate fleece/wool coat. Mocha lives in a guardian home nearby along with our Rosie. She is very sweet & loves to please. We are very excited that she is part of our breeding program. Mocha passes her sweet temperament on to her puppies. Health testing - OFA hips & elbows - Vwd & PRA clear by parentage, CBC & Thyroid in June 2008. DNA Color Code bbEE ( Carries chocolate only. Lacey is an F1B American Labradoodle. DOB 12-22-2005. She is a large medium, 21” tall and weighs about 45 pounds, has a silky soft, curly, cream colored fleece coat, rose nose, & amber eyes. Lacey lives in a guardian home and they think she is truely wonderful. Lacey is very mellow, loving, playful, very sweet and always seems to be smiling. She loves to cuddle. Eden's Sheeza Parti Girl at Meadow Park

Cassie is an American multi-gen Labradodle. DOB 11-3-06. She is a medium 19" and 45 pound Black & Silver & White parti girl with a spiral soft fleece coat. Cassie lives with her guardian mom nearby and loves being told how pretty she is. She is very playful, gentle, loving and sleeps cuddled up right in bed with her guardian mom every night. Cassie visits the elementary schools where she is a huge hit with the kids. We expect her to pass her gentle, loving temperament on to her puppies.   Health testing - Vwd & PRA clear per DNA. Aussie L's Lady Lacy

Lady Lacy is a multi-generation pure Australian Labradoodle out of the Tegan Park and Rutland Manor lines. We co-own this beauty with Aussie Labradoodle. This gorgeous apricot girl is the offspring of Rutland's Uluru & Aussie L's Chloe. DOB 1-21-2006. She is a standard with a silky soft wavy fleece coat. She is very sweet, playful & an excellent mom. Lady Lacy lives in a guardian home in Ohio. We are very excited that she is part of our breeding program.  Health testing - OFA hips - excellent & PRA clear.

Maggie Mae is a Chocolate standard F1b with the most awesome silky soft wavy chocolate fleece coat with white on her chest and chin. She is non-shedding, allergy & asthma friendly. Sami is a red mini F1B American labradoodle with a wavy silky soft fleece coat. DOB 3-9-07. Thanks again to Kari of Aussie Labradoodle for this wiggley bundle of joy. Sami lives in a guardian home nearby. She is a gorgeous red with blonde highlights. She greets you by jumping into your arms and wiggling and cuddling and licking your face and she just makes you laugh. She is always happy whether she is playing at your feet or curled up in your lap. Even if you're in a bad mood she will make you laugh and feel so loved you can't help but feel better. She is a true joy to be around and we expect that she will pass these awesome traits on to her puppies. Keep a look out for Sami's puppies in the fall of 2008. Aussie Labradoodle's Houdini

Houdini is now for sale as a breeder since he is daddy to our future female breeders. We bred him to our Mocha and the whole litter was the rare blue color. We bred him to our Lacey and we got apricots and creams. We have gotten wavy fleece to curly wool and all were very nice non-shedding coats.
