We strive in placing our puppies in “Forever Homes”. We want to ensure that your new puppy is happy and healthy now and for years to come. All of our puppies are Vet checked, de-wormed, & first vaccinations to ensure your puppy is in good health before leaving Meadow Park’s facilities. We do require that you have your veterinarian examine your new puppy and sign & date this form within 72 hours of receiving your puppy or this health guarantee becomes void. We suggest you start looking for a veterinarian as soon as you have picked a puppy out, unless you all ready have one you trust. We require that you keep your pup on a regular vaccination schedule and routine de-worming by a licensed veterinarian. We also require that the dog be kept on a monthly heartworm preventative. As responsible breeders, we have all our puppies spay/neutered before they leave Meadow Park’s facilities unless sold on a spay/neuter contract or sold specifically for breeding at a higher price. This is a pet only contract. We have a separate contract for breeders.

Meadow Park Labradoodles will guarantee this puppy until he/she reaches the age of THIRTY SIX MONTHS (36) months old from all life altering hereditary defects including hip dysplasia.

If under any condition you would need to re-home a puppy or dog from our facility you must notify us first. Under no condition should a puppy or dog be turned into a shelter. We will be happy to help you re-home your puppy at any time. No money will be refunded if you return an animal to us just because you no longer want them. We want to know where our dogs go and live at all times.

Conditions of guarantee are as follows:

If the dog is diagnosed by OFA, Penn Hip or other accredited hip specialist certifiers, as having or being dysplastic on or before 36 months of age, you must submit a copy of the report to the breeder. A veterinarian cannot make this diagnosis and the dog must be sedated for the radiograph to be taken. We require a letter from your licensed veterinarian stating that this animal has not been overfed for its height/structure and has received regular check-ups.

This guarantee is only applicable to the original purchaser. If the dog has been sold or given away, the health guarantee becomes void. Any dog that has competed in agility or allowed to run up and down stairs before the age of 12 months will also not be covered. A dog/puppy that has been physically injured is not covered by this guarantee.

Meadow Park Labradoodles reserves the right to have the dog examined by a veterinarian of their choice before a replacement is made. After these requirements have been met, you may choose a replacement pup (of equal value/quality) from any of our upcoming litters, subject to availability, paying the difference in price if you would desire a more expensive puppy. We don’t under any circumstances make you give the dog back or have it put down. We understand that the dog has become a member of your family so you may either keep the dog, if you can afford to take proper medical care of the dog, or return it to Meadow Park Labradoodles and we will take over medical care of the dog. We do genetic testing and hip testing of our parents to assure we are breeding the healthiest parents possible, but even in the healthiest of parents we have no control over Mother Nature and that is why we have this guarantee. Return shipping of the old puppy and shipping of the new puppy will be at the expense of the buyer.

As the seller, I certify that this dog/puppy is free from illness and defects, and does not appear clinically ill from parasitic infestations. All of our puppies receive a complete vet checkup and fecal check for parasites not more than 10 days before you receive your puppy to ensure that they are in good health and parasite free. All information provided is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. We stand behind our puppies and can be contacted by phone or email for the life of your dog. We also provide information on crate training, basic care for your puppy and information on Parvo, which is a very deadly virus that some dogs and puppies can get. We provide a 4 generation pedigree and copies of all health test results on the parents of the puppies. We do send home puppy food to wean your puppy off of to help prevent upset tummies.

Puppies will be spayed or neutered before they leave Meadow Park Labradoodles, or if intact, is being sold on a spay/neuter contract. If intact this puppy must be spayed or neutered by the time it is 6 months old or if it is an older dog within 30 days of receiving the dog. Buyer agrees to furnish Meadow Park Labradoodles with a certificate of spay or neuter within 2 weeks of spay/neuter deadline. If buyer does not furnish Meadow Park Labradoodles proof of the spay or neuter, signed by your vet, within the allotted time period, buyer agrees to immediately pay the sum of $10,000.00, which is the average cost of an Australian Labradoodle breeder.
